Triplexes:

Triplex multi-family floor plans are closer to apartment buildings that combine three separate residential units into one structure. Various apartments share one or two walls, but every unit is still separate.

Townhouses

Townhouse multi-family floor plans are properties typically built-in uniform design in a distinct community. Townhouses can make up whole neighborhoods or suburbs where one to two walls are shared with adjacent properties. Each townhome has its own, personal entrance.
